We are pleased to announce that applications for the new Wreck Removal Convention Blue Card can now be made on our Extranet Swedish Club On Line (SCOL).

The application form can be found under the section “Forms”.

You will be presented with a list of all vessels eligible for a Wreck Removal Blue Card, and the possibility to choose which flag state the Blue Card should be issued to.

• For vessels flying a flag which is party to the convention, this flag state will be automatically filled in.
• For vessels flying a flag NOT party to the convention, you will be required to choose which flag state the Blue Card should be issued to.

Upon receipt of your application, Blue Card(s) will be issued and available for download in SCOL.
