Martin Hernqvist was one of the guest speakers at the world’s largest maritime HR event, CrewConnect Global Conference, held at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Philippines 14-16 November 2016. There were more than 1000 professionals from around the world participating at the event.

There were exhibitions of products and solutions to assist in seafarer recruitment, training and HR practices. Martin’s talk was “Creating effective and motivated teams on board- what can we learn from sports?” There were many other well-known speakers from the maritime industry speaking about relevant issues which opened up the floor for interesting discussions.
