It was a lovely sunny morning on the 20th of May,  but maybe a bit too warm for a 21 km half marathon. Fortunately, the temperature dropped from 23 degrees to 14 (!) degrees in a matter of minutes. 42,430 runners crossed the finish line and The Swedish Club staff, together with members and business colleagues, were among them. Well done all!

Participating in the Gothenburg half marathon has become an appreciated tradition for the Club since 2007 and it always ends with dinner at The Rose Café. This year, the ladies record was broken by Fancy Chemutai, from Kenya, who crossed the finish line after 67:58, three seconds below last years result. Impressive.
